Hey!

I just got my new Nitro and today would be 2nd day I use it actively.

The laptop just randomly shuts off sometimes. Any fix for it?

Make sure that windows is up to date and all Intel and NVidia drivers are up to date first. See if that fixes the crashes, otherwise and if the new Nitro ANV15-51 still crashes send it back to Acer Tech Support in your country as that should not be happening. Do NOT update the bios as if your ANV15-51 crashes in the middle of a bios flash it will brick your bios chip and make your laptop inoperable, so be careful. Good luck.

Randomly shutting off has the following causes:-

    1. Cooling fan not working properly - just check it.
    2. Processor getting much hotter due to excessive load / traffic to run - run few software at a time and rest close it.
    3. In power section one or more SMD registers got damaged.
    4. Processor heatsink not attached with base of the processor.
    5. Clean inner part of the circuit board as dust etc. deposited on or around the cooling fan.
    6. Check battery health.
