The Aspire A514-54 has these WLAN/BT cards

Have you done a clean install of Win-11 to version 23H2 and when you did the clean install and the Windows 11 Installation got Stuck at "Let's connect you to a network" you didn't have a WLAN card showing? And then you proceeded the installation without a network and then the above Device Manager > Network adapters does not show your WLAN/BT card. As this is a common Win-11 version 23H2 clean install phenomenon which happens with this new version of Win-11.

The solution is to do the below or look at this guide "Windows 11 Install Stuck on the “Let’s Connect You to a Network” Screen"

At the windows installation section at Let's connect you to a network > Press > Shift+Alter+F10 or Shift + F10 > to get the cmd prompt up with C:\Windows\System32> then type in OOE\BYPASSNRO > then press Enter > get out of cmd and get back to the installation again and press the > Continue with limited setup > and finish the Win-11 installation and you get to the Win-11 desktop screen. Then go into Device Manager and you should have the WLAN card showing, if the WLAN card doesn't come up first time you need to do this a few times as the WLAN card will come and then you will be able to install the MTK 7921 WLAN card and its driver. Good luck and hope this helps you out as this is a very frustrating new phenomenon when doing a clean install of Win-11 version 23H2.

Open Device Manager. Click network adapters folder. Right click and uninstall wifi driver. Exit Device Manager without re-installing anything. Shut down Windows normally. Turn machine back on and let Windows automatically re-detected the wifi hardware and automatically re-installing fresh copies of the wifi drivers.
