Hello,

My Swift GO 14 does not connect with my 1TB and 2 TB SSD drives through the USB-C ports (code 43), though I don't see any restriction for this. However it is working with standard USB ports. Do you have any advice or solution ? Thanks a lot

Eric

Try a Different Port or Cable: If possible, try connecting the SSD drives to a different USB-C port or using a different USB-C cable.
Update Your Drivers: Make sure that your device drivers, especially your USB and SSD drivers, are up to date. You can do this by going to the device manufacturer’s website and downloading the latest drivers. If none of these steps work, it might be best to contact Acer’s customer support for further assistance. You can reach Acer’s technical support in the United States at the following number: (371) 760-1000. They are available to assist with product setup, technical troubleshooting, and general questions you may have about your Acer product.
If you prefer texting, you can text them for support at 1-877-220-2321. This service is available from 5AM to 2AM CST.
Please have your device’s serial number or SNID ready when you contact them, as this information will help them assist you more effectively.
