If you device is under a year old and registered for Warranty call Acer for a replacement. You can reach Acer’s technical support in the United States at the following number: (371) 760-1000. They are available to assist with product setup, technical troubleshooting, and general questions you may have about your Acer product.
If you prefer texting, you can text them for support at 1-877-220-2321. This service is available from 5AM to 2AM CST.
Please have your device’s serial number or SNID ready when you contact them, as this information will help them assist you more effectively.

If you are past the Warranty period, you will need to seek out a local IT professional to open up the system and check the voltages with an OM meter to locate the issues.

Here are a few steps you can try:
Power Reset: Disconnect everything from the laptop, press the on/off switch continuously for 20 seconds, release the button and wait for 15-30 minutes. Reconnect the laptop to the power supply and wait for the full battery indication (blue light). Then try to turn it on normally.
Battery Reset: If your laptop has a battery reset pinhole, use a small pin to press and hold the battery reset button for 10-30 seconds. After that, plug in your charger and wait until the battery is fully charged (steady blue light). Then try to turn on the laptop.
Check Charger: Ensure that your charger is working properly. You can do this by trying to use an alternative charger if possible.
Check Internal Connections: If the above steps don’t work, there might be a hardware problem such as a loose internal connection. However, opening the laptop to check this should be done by a professional or under guidance from Acer support.
If none of these steps work, it’s recommended to contact Acer support or a professional technician, especially if your laptop is still under warranty1. Please remember that attempting to fix hardware issues on your own may void the warranty

Unfortunately nothing from above make it work. I'll send it to warranty. Thanks for help.

A completely depleted battery cannot be charged anymore, the Smart chip in Li-Ion batteries prevent that. Try a new battery.

Yes, if most of the cells are dead the battery LED will turn blue almost instantaneously, but the capacity will be too low to start the laptop, you can create a Battery Report in Windows to check the last fully charged capacity.

Very weird as it's been 1st time when that thing happen. Laptop have 4-5 months since i brought it. Can't create a Battery Report as the laptop won't turn on at all.
