PREDATOR HELIOS PH315-51 RAM AND BATERRY PROBLEM. bluescreen appeared and want to add more RAM

Hi, my problem is that I wanted to buy more RAM because I had 8GB. I bought these exact "KINGSTON Fury Impact 16GB 2666MHz" (2x16gb). Before inserting the RAM, I disconnected the batteries and put RAM in the slots. I connected the batteries and cable. I turned on the computer and at first it was fine, but then bluescreens started to appear. I put in the old RAM and everything was fine, then I started checking the new RAM separately but with the battery DISCONNECTED and it turned out that everything was fine. I connected both and everything is fine. Then I connected the batteries and when I turned it on, a bluescreen appeared. Why is this happening? Sorry for my English :<

Cześć, mój problem jest taki, że chciałem dokupić więcej RAM, bo miałem 8GB. Dokupiłem dokładnie te "KINGSTON Fury Impact 16GB 2666MHz"  (2x16gb). Przed wsadzeniem RAM odłaczyłem baterie i wsadziłem w sloty. Podłaczyłem baterie i kabel. Właczyłem komputer i na początku było dobrze, a pózniej zaczynały pojawiać się bluescreeny. Wsadziłem stary RAM i było wszystko okej, później zacząłem sprawdzać nowy RAM osobno ale przy ODŁĄĆZONEJ baterii i okazało sie, że wszystko jest okej. Podłaczyłem obie i również wszystko okej. Podłączyłem pózniej baterie i przy włączniu sie pokazął bluescreen. Czemu tak sie dzieje?

You need to install CPUz and go to the SPD section and see what spec ram you have inside your laptop that works, then match the exact type ram that is installed in your laptop with the new ram. The Kingston Fury ram is not suitable for this laptop as your Acer laptop works with standard 260-pin DDR4 SODIMM ram type.
