Predator PH315-54 Keyboard light displays but only power button works?

I did a Back Cover Bezel (60.Q7XN2.003 2.6T Version) and Front Cover Bezel (60.QA3N2.001) replacement since the plastic frame breaks from the hinge overtime. Three months later the keyboard isn't working and CPU fan (23.QB9N2.001) appears to need replacing since keyboard keys stopped responding and the fan stopped spinning I troubleshooted by reinstalling the drivers and reinstalling BIOS, which didn't work.

I just replaced the keyboard and fan, the fan works but keyboard does not. Physically no signs of liquid, impact, or physical damage on the motherboard.

So far I attempted reinstalling drivers with new NVMe SSD and reinstalling BIOS from Product Support but keyboard is still not working. I don't think I damaged anything during initial repair because the only cable I disconnected was the battery and screen, plus it was working after the initial repair. I'm a little stumped, please help :(

This issue could be due to various reasons, including software conflicts or hardware issues. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Reset the Battery: Turn off the computer, disconnect the power adapter, press the power button for thirty seconds, and leave the computer off for half an hour.
RTC Reset: Keep pressing the power button for 10 seconds to reset the RTC.
EC Reset: Keep pressing the power button for 12 seconds to reset the EC.
Run Keyboard Troubleshooter: Right-click on The Start icon and select Settings. In the settings windows, click on Update & Security. Click Troubleshoot on the left pane menu. Click additional troubleshooters on the right pane.
