Hi, I have a Windows 11 laptop and I just bought it a month ago. I used to have the F11 tool and just by clicking it, it makes my apps into full screen.. but now I have to press 'FN' then 'F11' to have my apps into full screen.

Is there a way to bring it back and have my keyboard turn my screen into Fullscreen by just clicking a single key (F11)

The only setting that changes that is in the Bios setting just look for the FN setting.

In Windows 11, there are different ways to enter and exit full-screen mode for various types of apps. Here are some methods:

    File Explorer and Desktop Apps:
Press the F11 key to toggle full-screen mode. On some keyboards, you may need to press FN + F11 or Shift + F11 instead.
    Games and Windows Terminal:
Press Alt + Enter to toggle full-screen mode.
    Microsoft Store Apps:
To enter full-screen mode, press Win + Shift + Enter.
To exit full-screen mode for Microsoft Store apps:
Swipe down from the top of a touch screen to reveal the title bar, then click/tap on the “Exit full screen” caption button.
Move the pointer to the top of the screen to see the title bar, and click/tap on the “Exit full screen” caption button.
Web Browsers (e.g., Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox):
To enter full-screen mode, press F11. On some keyboards, you may need to press FN + F11 or Shift + F11 instead.
Alternatively, click/tap on the Settings (3 dots) button within the browser and select Full screen in the “Zoom” settings.
Exiting Full Screen Mode for Web Browsers:
Press F11 again to exit full-screen mode.
On touch screens, swipe down from the top to reveal the title bar, then click/tap on the X button or the “Exit full screen” caption button.
Move the pointer to the top of the screen to see the title bar, and click/tap on the X button or the “Exit full screen” caption button.
Remember that these shortcuts may vary slightly depending on your specific system configuration.
