Alrighty lets go through all the details. Got this memory for my Acer Nitro 515-57: https://www.amazon.ca/Timetec-DDR4-3200-PC4-25600-Unbuffered-Notebook/dp/B098TYN671/ref%3Dsr_1_4?crid=2OFFO6TK4PJV0&keywords=timetec%2B32GB%2BKIT(2x16GB)%2BDDR4%2B3200MHz%2BPC4-21300%2BNon-ECC%2BUnbuffered%2B1.2V%2BCL19%2B2Rx8%2BDual%2BRank%2B260%2BPin%2BSODIMM%2BLaptop%2BNotebook%2BPC%2BComputer%2BMemory%2BRAM%2BModule%2BUpgrade%2B(32GB%2BKIT(2x16GB))&qid=1707443796&s=electronics&sprefix=timetec%2B32gb%2Bkit%2B2x16gb%2Bddr4%2B3200mhz%2Bpc4-21300%2Bnon-ecc%2Bunbuffered%2B1%2B2v%2Bcl19%2B2rx8%2Bdual%2Brank%2B260%2Bpin%2Bsodimm%2Blaptop%2Bnotebook%2Bpc%2Bcomputer%2Bmemory%2Bram%2Bmodule%2Bupgrade%2B32gb%2Bkit%2B2x16gb%2B%2Celectronics%2C81&sr=1-4&th=1 . So I decided to take use of my two memory slots and bought a dual rank with both being 16gb and 3200mhz (the mhz matched the old one). Now when I first put it in it seemed to be working fine but after a hour or so it crashed unexpectedly. Then after that one it kept going on. I couldn't leave my pc for more than 5 mins without it crashing. Not to mention my games crashing as well like Minecraft. I don't know what to do to solve this problem as I have been researching for DAYS now. If anyone can help that would be great! Thanks :)

    Welcome @Thebestofnathan,

Please, compact (7-Zip) and attach here these .DMP files.

It wont let me attach the compressed file. If you have other social media apps like discord I can send it there as well.

That Timetec 32GB KIT ram is not compatible with your laptop, send it back to Amazon and try to get the ram below. as the Acer Nitro laptops are only compatible with certain ram from certain manufacturers, Buy the below highlighted 2x 16GB DDR4-3200 CL22 type ram from those manufacturers as they will work 100% in your AN515-57 laptop and not be incompatible like the Timetec ram that you have bought. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

This is the Acer recommends ram modules for the Nitro AN515-57 laptop

[Sensitive Content].. I did so much research on this and searched for what ram my pc takes and I didn't get anything like that. I even saw other people saying that it worked for their acer nitro 5 as well. Just to clarify, will it not work at all or is it just not recommended for my pc? Cause I'm going to try and test it out tomorrow by playing around with the memory slots.

That Timetec 32GB ram KIT is NOT compatible with your AN515-57 and no matter what you do it will not work. Change the ram to the above Hynix, Samsung or Kingston type DDR4-3200MHz CL22 type ram, as that will work as they are all tested ram that Acer installed into your laptop and they guarantee that they will work 100%.

Below are some additional memory modules that Acer tested with the Nitro AN515-57 laptop that I didn't include before from the service guide, that will also work that is an addition to the list above, I include this for your information also and have highlighted the 16GB DDR4-3200MHz modules that you should buy two off for a totam and max memory of 32GB. Good luck.

Hey man, So i removed one piece of the memory, tried it a little bit, then added the other one in as well and now I am not getting bluescreened. I mean I was TRYING to get bluescreened the whole time with over 10 games open. But I guess the memory works? Thanks for your help though!
