Predatorsense does not Operate/Predator Helios Neo 16 I am unable to change the mode and control fan

Hi guys, I hope you have a nice day.
Several days before, I found that my predator sense was broken.
My laptop is always plugged in but the software couldn't detect it.
I am unable to change the mode and control the fans.
How can I fix it?

Thanks for your advice and I do try it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled predatorsense but
the problem is still the same , not solved. :(

You can run the following command to repair the corrupted file.

1-Start > Type Command Prompt in the search bar and right-click it > Run as an administrator
2-Type sfc /scannow and press Enter to execute the command.

After that SFC will scan all protected system files and repair the corrupted one including services. Restart your computer and check if it acts normal or not.

Here's what worked for me. I've had the same problem. Got stuck on balanced mode and sense showed no numbers nor options and windows couldn't change plans either.

I downloaded the free version of Revo uninstaller and uninstalled predator sense with it. It's important to let revo scan after uninstall because it'll find garbage files in registry that sense leaves behind and probably corrupts any new install.

Once I let it clear those files I downloaded sense from the acer website and installed it. It was fully functional and the button shortcut to change power plans works again.
