    This is, I believe, an Aspire Z1620 model, from around 2012. It came from the factory with either Windows 7, Windows 8 or Linux. Very likely Acer will no longer have factory recovery discs in stock any longer, they tend to clear them out of inventory before the OS is at EOL, and all those OSes are past that stage. If your unit came with W8 then the activation key6 is held in the BIOS, so you just need to reinstall the OS, then do updates. If it originally came with Windows 7 there should be a sticker with the activation key on it. I don't believe Acer has drivers still online for it, but third parties will likely still have them archived.
