Fans on my Acer predator Helios neo 16 don’t work sometimes

this is only sometimes but it is realy annoying and kills my fps. So I bought this laptop a month ago and it was running perfectly fine for a week then the fans just stopped working. And I have to restart my laptop so many times for it to work. And it isn’t the fans that are the issue it’s predator sense. It will not let me press the buttons to change the fan because they will just aren’t there for some reason. I put my scenario to gaming with turbo and max fan speed on. But for some reason it puts it to balanced and doesn’t let me change it. I have uninstalled and downloaded it again countless times and with the same outcome. With the fans on i get 400-500fps on Fortnite and without them I get 200- 100 with countless frame drops and shutters. My laptop was also plugged in and charging

In Windows 11, feature updates often include security updates, so it’s not straightforward to enable only security updates. However, you can delay feature updates for a number of days until it’s convenient for you to do the updates.
Here are the steps to delay updates:
Go to Settings.
Click on Windows Update.
Scroll down and click on Advanced options.
Check the box that says Defer Updates.
This will prevent Windows from downloading feature updates and only critical security updates will be installed. Please note that this method might not completely separate security updates from feature updates.
Then remove the Nvidia and Intel drivers in the Device manager and use Acer Updater to install the acer drivers and latest Bios updates. If this doesn't solve the problem Please contact Acer Directly for a Warranty claim.
