In Acer Nitro Lcd xv282k, the led light doesn’t work and my monitor is in black screen.

I updated my monitor to new update and led light doesn’t work and my monitor in black screen I only can charge my phone and my controller I tried to hold power button like 40 second and nothing happened what I have to do?

What is the exact model of your laptop, as its hard to advise you exactly of what could have happened. But you have to be aware that when you change a laptops screen for a new screen, the first thing that you need to do is to unplug the adapter and disconnect the main battery "YOU MUST DO THIS" before you disconnect the eDP LCD cable plug from the mainboard, as if you don't you will damage the laptop and the new screen.

If you didn't disconnect the adapter or battery then your laptop will not work with the new screen, as that is what you are experiencing with the black screen. Another thing that can give you a black screen and no back light is a faulty eDP cable that its plug pins at the mainboard eDP plug is burned out and not providing data and voltage for the new screen backlights, check that plug and pins out.
