Occasional glitches on display in the form of a green line or multi-colored(Acer Predator)

I occasionally get a very short lasting (less then a second) glitch on the display of my acer predator, in the form of a green line or multi-colored. Recently it has been happening more frequently. It happens mostly when I use Cubase, and also happened while loading instagram reels, as if it had trouble loading the page. I updated NVIDIA and put it on 60fps, but still. The laptop had a faulty optic cable at the beginning and it was replaced, but I am worried about the gpu. When I connect to an external monitor with hdmi it happens both on the laptop screen and the external monitor. I have windows 10 and the laptop is under warranty. What could this be and should I get it checked out, is it normal, could it be just a loading problem? Otherwise it works fine, loads games normally etc.

It could be the driver try replacing the driver with the last provided driver from the manufacturer's website. Sometimes newer drivers from Nvidia are not the answer.
