Hi,

I have a Nitro AN515-45 model with AMD Ryzen 7 5800H. There is a bad stuttering problem on Windows 11 for all AMD CPUs. You can see many users' messages who encountering this problem and they don't know why. I couldn't find any solution until i see an article about the source of the problem. Then i saw AMD's statement about that. When the user disable the TPM from BIOS, the problem goes away. But Microsoft doesn't advise to disable it.

So Acer should release BIOS updates for laptops with AMD CPU to fix this problem. The problem is affecting the performance and usage badly. Please release the update asap.

Thanks.

This may require a windows reinstall but have you tried clearing the TPM certificates? Are you on the latest available BIOS. Acer isn't known for BIOS releases only a few updates are released my older Acer laptops only saw 2 or 3 within a year of release.

In my opinion TPM is the worst personally I don't use it but I don't use Windows 11 often either
