Hi. Is there any way I can get the original ISO image that came with my device (Acer Swift X 14-41G)?

Depending on where you are located, you can purchase that from the Acer store or through Acer support. You can't get it for free since it includes the Windows license, which they have to pay Microsoft for… But if you haven't wiped the drive completely clean the Acer recovery process should put the factory image back on. Alt-F10 at startup…
