I have a predator ph315-54 that I'm running a docking station with (Wavlink WL-UG69PD25 Max). My problem is that the monitors all go to sleep after a few minutes of inactivity. If I move the mouse, they wake back up. The wired network connection is still active (I discovered this issue while streaming on the computer while I wasn't actively using it… The monitors go to sleep, but the stream is still going (audio switches to the laptop from the monitor).

I've used other computers on the same docking station without the same issue.

I've run all driver updates

Any ideas?

Looks like it was an ID-10-T error… The power connector was loose (plug-to-brick). I checked both ends of the plug earlier, but forgot to check the connection to the brick. So the behavior is being caused by the un-plugged power settings.😖

Oh I have also checked the Power Settings. I don't see anything there that would cause it to happen.
