It seems that I encounter a problem every time I boot up my laptop. The GPU performance is significantly low, as if it's not operating at full capacity. However, when I try to reinstall the drivers, it works fine again. Unfortunately, the issue persists after another boot, returning to the same low performance state. I've tried various solutions, including resetting my laptop and even reinstalling the operating system, but the problem persists
