Howdy! Got a question for anyone who may know or have experience with this gaming laptop I got involving storage.

Here's the current specs: Acer Predator Helios 300 with DDR4 ram (some apparently have DDR5 but mine is DDR4 ram). Anyway I maxed out everything according to what the Acer Forum says. 64 gb maxed out ram. Two 2TB M.2 SSD cards and one 4TB SSD 2.5 SATA. so between those three is 8TB total max according to the forums. Also I don't have RAID on.

My question(s) is; what would happen IF I put a 4TB M.2 card into the laptop to upgrade from one of my 2TB? OR what would happen if I switched the 4TB SSD 2.5 SATA to an 8TB? C drive/Windows drive is on the 1st mM.2 slot just incase that matters. I'm curious on if I upgraded storage further then would I break the system? Would the system even read it if I tried? Could it work? Is it worth trying to see if it works?

20 years ago I was more computer savvy than I am now, life kept me away from truly keeping up with advancing technology lol.

I appreciate any insight on this!
