SNID for my product is somehow referring to another product

Hello! I can't use text support because my SNID matches another
model's SNID for some reason - they have different serial numbers, and
the text message tells me that my warranty ran out before the model of
my device even came out (2014, while I own a Swift X bought where the model came out 2021, though it is brand-new with warranty). Is there any way to contact acer to get support
if this happens outside of a telephone call?
