SNID for my product is somehow referring to another product

Hello! I can't use text support because my SNID matches another model's SNID for some reason - they have different serial numbers, and the text message tells me that my warranty ran out before the model of my device even came out. Is there any way to contact acer to get support if this happens outside of a telephone call?
