Aspire S3 / MS2346 battery problem my laptop did not worked

Hi,

I have rewrite to Win 10 pro. And I changed new battery to my Aspire S3 laptot. After i changed a new baterry and left it to charge all night. Blue light never lights up. And it show only 6 procent of battery. After i unplug i,t i can use laptop with those 6 procent around 3h time (orange light keeps blinking all the time, and windows shows that battery runing low than i unplug it) and then it drops to 4 percent and shuts down.

I have tried reset button on the bottom of my laptop did not worked. I have tried uninstal battery in device manager nothing.

Interesting thing that if i pluging back a cable it shows charging for around 5 - 10sec and than its just stops. ANY ADVICE PLEASE

Obviously not charging, try another adapter with a plug that properly fits your DC port. If you cannot find a suitable adapter buy one online ($15): https://www.ebay.com/itm/301183686023

Your battery is not charging as the battery report showing a charge of 7% should be at 100% if the battery is charging properly, check the new battery if its the correct one and a genuine approved Acer part number battery, as there are allot of copy and bad quality batteries that are sold online, which you should avoid, Also, check the charger adapter if its not switching off and its working (see the Acer part # below) working and charger that there must be something wrong within your laptops charging main rail which needs analyzing.
