Lound noise on my Acer Aspire VN7-593G laptop. Even after cleaning the Fan i get noise

Hello, for more than a year I have issues related to a loud sound coming from my Acer Aspire V 15 Nitro - Black Edition (VN7-593G) laptop. It souds like it's something related to its fans, but after I went to a computer repair shop to clear the dust from the fans the sound still persisted. The next step was to replace both fans with identical pieces, but after doing that, to my surprise the sound was still there (although at a first glance it looked like it's a bit less louder) and I ended up putting back the original fans. Does someone had this issue before and might know what causes the sound? I attached a short video clip to have an idea on how does it sounds. Thanks.

Maybe some of the components in the laptop are not screwed tight enough so the fan rubs against them?

It could be in a way, but the sound started without the laptop being unscrewed, so everything should have been there from the factory. I replaced the battery this summer as the old one had swollen a bit, but it shouldn't be the cause. Also sometimes the fans are running without that loud sound being made. I guess the only way would be to have it open and check if there is something that is indeed not fitted properly or screwed tight enough.
