Looks like you are using a Battery limiter, either with Battery Monitor or Acer Care Center, the battery is only charging to 80%. Don't limit you battery charging this works counterproductive and limits your mobile activities as you only use part of the battery capacity. Disable ACC battery limiting option and uninstall the Battery Monitor freeware. Reset the power plan to factory defaults in Power Plan options and reset BIOS with F9 (in BIOS) and save settings, exit BIOS.

The "Suspended" state on your power cfg indicates your laptop enters a low-power mode to conserve battery when unplugged. A slow drain like 6% over four days is normal in such a state. If the battery level remains unusually stable, recalibrate by fully draining and recharging. Check your laptop's power settings for any energy-saving features and monitor the battery's health through the BIOS or manufacturer's software. If issues persist, contact the manufacturer for support.
