My Swift 3 was working without issue, i turned if off and the next day it wouldn't come back on. When the charger is in the blue light is on constantly however as soon as i power it on the power light comes on for about 5 seconds and the turns off and the keyboard lights do not show. I have tried resetting the battery using the pin hole, i have tried pressing FN + all the F keys. I am now at a loss.

If the laptop is still under warranty bring it to Acer Services in your country to reset the BIOS and restore the system to factory defaults. If you are not concerned about the warranty, you can try drain the electrostatic charge inside the laptop:
Power drain + CMOS reset: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. If the RAM is not soldered on the motherboard unseat the DDR4 module(s) and secure firmly back in the slot(s). Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot.
