Nitrosense is not working on Acer Nitro 7 - AN715-51 (Windows 11)

Nitrosense is not working on Acer Nitro 7 - AN715-51 (Windows 11) and I have tried reinstalling several time but it's same.
The Nitrosense starts and then nothing, it keeps running in the task manager, but nothing shows up on the screen.

First completely uninstall the Nitro Sense that is on your laptop now, and then you need to split the Nitro Sense install into two and do this:

1. Download the AN517-51 Nitro Sense version 3.01.3012
2. Go into the main folder and click on NitroSenseV3.1 folder
3. Then in the NitroSenseV3.1 folder > Click on the folder below:

4. Afterwards you should get an Installation screen, which you should install Niro Sense, afterward go into the main folder of Nitro Sense and install Nitro Sense again from its main Setup.exe as the Nitro Sense software should install on your AN517-51 and work. Good luck

Nothing changed, I tried exactly what you mentioned. Everything is like it was before. The NitroSense comes up and then keeps running in the task manager.
