Aspire A715-51G, USB port damaged? cooler not works in that USB port;the clock works but RGB dont

My laptop: Aspire A715-51G
I bought this cooler: Dyras GS-LC2081B, i plugged in to my left-handed USB port, and it works. After few months, the USB port worked hard, the cooler not works in that USB port; I have an USB clock, which has RGB light, the clock works, but the RGB on it no, maybe not getting enough power? If I moved the cable up-down-left-right, sometimes works the cooler, but not always. I plugged in the cooler in another USB port, on the right side, and it also seems he want to die, but with my mouse is working yet. Any solutions?
Note: I also tried to reset the Windows.

Looks like your cooling pad may be busted, get a good 5-fan silent one on Amazon they are not too expensive, this model does not have RGB keyboard.

Yeah, maybe the cooling pad is the responsible, i will bring the laptop to service while its under warranty. I will use from external battery the cooler :D
