My An515-57-536Q won’t turn on. power lights turns on but nothing comes up

when I press the power button, the charging light and sometimes the power light turns on, but nothing actually comes on.

Hey, I've same problem,too. I sent mine to authorized service and they said it is working there is no problem. Then, they sent it back to me and it's not working. I called them and they recommended to turn it off, unplug it, hold power button for 12 seconds and it will reset

the battery. I tried it. It worked at the first time. But now it has same problem again. So, it is not permanent solution for mine. In my opinion, mine is broken it is hopeless issue and I want to change it with new one. I wrote to Acer's X account they said they will direct their support team but nobody has contacted to me since then.

Nope, in fact, now the lights aren’t coming on, and it won’t turn on

I think battery is completely dead. It needs to be replaced with new one. I have tried many ways to reset battery but none of them worked
