how do i solve issues with touchpad in swift go,Horizontal/Vertical Scroll bars will not work

following issues are encountered while working on spread sheet in swift go:

1.With cursor in one cell, unable to select another cell with touch pad movement. When selecting a cell, “+” sign appears in the selected cell. Can see the cursor position at the top right extreme cell position box. At this stage, cursor movement is possible with up/down arrows.

2.In the above situation, Horizontal/Vertical Scroll bars will not work with touch pad movements. If you try to move scroll bars bringing cursor over it and slide, it will not work.

3.When moving fingers horizontally on touch pad, data size shrink or enlarge. Similarly keeping cursor on scroll bars and try movement using touch pad above phenomena occurs.

4.Notice automatic freezing option selected.

5.Speedy scrolling of horizontal/vertical movement using touch pad cause zooming up/down effect.

While working on word files

Not much problems noticed except occasional zooming effect as noted above.

Which Swift Go model do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SFGxx-xxx-xxxx. Which spreadsheet are you using? Some apps don't work well with more advanced touchpad functions. Advanced touchpad functions can be enabled/disabled in the BIOS on some models…
