Nitrosense not working on AN515-55

Hello everyone, I hope i'm asking this in the exact section because i can't really understand how this forum works, as i said i have a nitro AN515-55 with W10 with all the latest update, great pc used for gaming and working, there were no problems since a few month ago when nitrosense suddenly stopped opening/working, i tried literally everything found on the web but the only solution is to unistall and reinstall it and for a couple of days it works normally, i can see that even if i don't open the program using the keyboard and seeing that the rgb led are of the color i choose, when the led back to the color red i understand the issue is back. Is there anyone with the same problem that got a solution? Thank you

The inability to install Nitro Sense is a common problem on these Nitro laptops, and after allot of trial and error installation, this is what I've come up with and it works 100%, as I've had the same install NS problem with my Nitro AN515-56 and Win-11 (your AN515-55 NS driver is the same as the AN515-56 NS driver the version Nitro Sense_Acer_3.01.3028_W11x64_A) so it should work for you the same in Win-11 as this laptop is NOT designed for Win-10.

Try to do this:

1. Preferably you should do a clean install of Win-11 and all its windows update drivers, NVidia drivers and Intel drivers, latest bios 2.06 and Firmware v101a.
2. Download the Win-11 Nitro Sense version 3.01.3028 for the AN515-55 laptop
3. Open the NS folder and click on NitroSenseV3.1 folder
4. Then click on this folder:

5. And then and after you have clicked on the above folder and the install screen appears, click on install and install NS, afterwards go back to the main NS folder and use the main NS Setup.exe and install NS again.

Try all the above, as doing all the steps above is what worked to install Nitro Sense on my Nitro AN515-56, so try that and good luck as it should work 100%😀.
