Predator Helils Neo 16 laptop freezes and Screen flicker Cpu reaches to 80 degrees which is normal?

i recently just replace my old laptop to Predator Helios Neo 16 Due to my old laptop having faulty Hdmi port

after buying the helios 16 the laptop was working fine for a few months And after a few months the laptop has started to freeze and looks distorted

I took it back to where i bought it cause it was still under warranty and received it back and they said that it was a software issue

after getting the laptop back not even a week in it has happened again
the only thing i use the laptop for is for Music production and i cant not work on any of my projects and work on my clients projects because of the amount of time the laptop has decided to Kill it self and crash every now and then

I took it back to where i bought it again and told rhem the same problem and i got it back two week after And they said thwy replaced the Screen

after the second time of getting it back the laptop still decided to Flicker and Cause a freeze to the whole laptop

the Laptop seems to be really hot and i did look at the temp the Cpu reaches to 80 degrees which i am unsure if that is normal

Is there anyway to allow this to stop happening from flickering or freezing

Temp. is normal, the first picture at the top is completely blurred, need a better quality high resolution and sharp picture to see if there is an issue. the change in brightness or "flicker" can be caused by the battery saver setting, disable that in graphics. Freezing is often a result of poor internet bandwidth/latency not the laptop. The other pictures are good but were taken at an angle that is not ideal for TN or even IPS panel, if this is Mini LED screen it is not setup properly (check settings in the display controller console).
