Acer Nitro 5 model AN517-43 does not recognize my video card on startup

Recently I've bought a NITRO5 model AN517-43 with RYZEN 7 + RTX 3070 and sometimes after I turn the computer on, it shows the ACER logo for a few seconds and then becomes black. The windows does not load and I have to hold the power button to force the laptop to turn it off and then turn it on again. This time the Windows shows up but without my video card, I need to go to Device Manager and enable it manually. I have updated my drivers but the problem persists. What should I do?

If still in the warranty period I recommend bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory defaults

If the gpu doesn't show up in Device Manager then there is a high chance that the mainboard is faulty and there is an issue with the gpu, as the RTX3070 should be detected always. If your mainboard is faulty then to fix this issue can costs allot of money for a replacement mainboard. Take the laptop back or send this laptop back to where you bought it from as and if this laptop mainboard or gpu is faulty then to have an AN517-43 mainboard Acer part #: NB.QG711.002 that has a AMD Ryzen™ 7 6800H and RTX3070 gpu replaced, will cost USD $2860.92 which makes no financial sense. I recently sent my laptop to be repaired, they replaced the mainboard and the memory. And now, I don't have audio at all. I tried to update the audio driver but it didn't work either. So, contacting acer again to return this laptop.
