I have an Aspire A515-47 and it will no longer charge, can this be fixed?

I have an Aspire A515-47, not even one year old, the other week I noticed it was not charging when plugged in when I got a low battery notification, I switched it off and reset the battery using the button you hold down underneath the laptop. To my surprise this did actually work, but after a few days the same thing happened again, I tried the reset again but this time it did not work. I checked the battery driver to see if any updates were needed but none were.

I have read about quite a few people having the same issue with this laptop, my laptop only has about 5% charge left now and not sure what to do from here. Pretty sure it is not the charging cable as I have tried it with a different plug and seeming as it worked after I reset the battery on my laptop the first time it doesn't seem likely.

It is not even a year old, really don't think I should be having this issue or having to pay for repairs.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Your warranty should still be valid, I recommend bringing the laptop with the power adapter to Acer Services in your country,
