Aspire7 A7441and ACPI drivers. Slows down my CPU to 40% and 41% of the frequency

My Acer 7 A7441G (snd 02210749220) recently showed a huge slowdown. (CPU at max 41% and the frequency 40% of the max frequency) I found a solution that advised to delete the "microsoft ACPI-compatible ingesloten controller". I deleted it and after starting it again, the CPU performed as it shoud. However, soon after the problem reoccurred. I do not understand how ACPI works, could not find energy settings in the BIOS to switch it of, nor can I find in the system settings a switch or something to turn it off. Nor can I find anywhere a hint to the cause of this problem. I really would like my Acer to perform for 100%. Please help.

An Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) control method is software that declares and defines operations to query and configure system hardware. This is BIOS controlled and you should not delete this in Windows11. Power Management will throttle ("knijpen" in Dutch) the CPU and GPU power when overheating or the Battery Saver is triggered. I recommend to change your Power Plan and reset the Power Plan to factory defaults in Windows11. Update Windows11 your version and build should be as this picture below. Uninstall bloatware and trial versions of programs, use only Edge as your defaults browser and turn off syncing with Cloud, Check in Task Manager what programs are runing at the background and uninstall those you never use. Open Storage Sense and click on the temp. bin at the bottom left, delete all the old stuff.

This link shows some tricks to disable CPU throttling, but I recommend doing this with system maintenance only.
