Hello, good work repairing devices and recently I received this laptop that I wanted to change the HDMI on the motherboard, after doing it the keyboard started to work strangely, some keys were working, others pressed two keys, and after checking that it was well connected and Trying it stopped working completely, I have been able to observe that Windows does detect my keyboard through the device manager but I don't know what the problem could be.

Could be that the keyboard is faulty and/or you have damaged some of its connection cable pins, so check that out first, as changing a HDMI port that is at the back of the laptop has nothing to do with the keyboard circuits, unless you have damaged the mobo in the vicinity of the keyboard or shorted circuitries. To change a HDMI port, you need a microscope and appropriate microscopic soldering tools, and if you don't have these tools, you can do more damage than replace a HDMI port properly. Take your laptop to an experienced technician so they can look at your laptop and get them to fix your laptop properly, as there is no mobo circuitry diagrams on this laptop from Acer. Good luck.
