I just need some help regarding my Acer Nitro 5 laptop (model: AN515-55). Its power indicator started to turn purple a few days ago, when it's used to be a solid blue every time it's powered on. I tried every troubleshooting procedure that I could think of, like making sure all my drivers are up-to-date, to no avail. This is the first time it has done this since the last two years I had it. I'm concerned that there may be potential internal damage to my device. May I please know if anyone has encountered this case before and what I should do to fix it?
