Acer Predator Triton 300 keyboard not working

Hey guys, so my girlfriend has a Triton 300. A few months ago the whole keyboard became unresponsive, we opened it back up a couple weeks ago and it has been working fine, but now we've just ran into an issue where the keyboard gets stuck on a certain letter or number randomly. It's been fine up until this point so we are honestly lost. Tried taking the battery out, cleaning the keyboard itself and everything. It's out of warranty so I doubt acer could do anything. Anyone have any ideas?

To check if this is a HW issue connect an external USB keyboard and see if the same thing happens. If this is not related to PredatorSense or other programs you have installed or malware, try to uninstall the HID Keyboard device and standard PS/2 keyboard drivers in Device Manager and just reboot, if you cannot navigate with your KB keys anymore use the arrow keys or On-Screen Keyboard. Resetting BIOS with F9 in Bios and save settings on exit may also help.

The only way to fix a broken keyboard especially if you took it out and its still not functioning perfectly, is to buy a new replacement keyboard, don't know what Predator Helios model laptop you have but some of their keyboard models are sold on eBay individually, as Acer sells only the top cover and keyboard together for the Predator range of laptops.
