I was rendering using processor. But core 1 and 3 temperature aren't normal. And when I touched the laptop it's barely hot. Room temperature was 17C. Why specifically these two cores have higher temperature? is it ok ? How to resolve it? I even checked on battery power. these two cores had higher temperature.

Is your laptop the Aspire 7 A715-76G-xxxx, as the cores cycle of a cpu goes through different temps as the laptop workload increases or decreases no matter what ambient temp is outside, your laptops cpu is set to a specific temp (see below) as a critical cpu temp and if your cpu reaches that high temp, then the laptop shuts off, there is nothing to worry about as the temps you are getting are normal as they are measured at 99% load and vary as you use the laptop. Below is the Acer tested temps that they list for all the Aspire 7 A715-76G cpu's. Good luck and hope this helps you out

    CPU Performance mode

    • CPU TCC offset: Trigger = 92c
    • CPU ProcHOT: Trigger on = 97c, Trigger off = 95c, Need De-bounce 6 times
    • OS Shut down: Trigger = 100c, Need De-bounce 6 times
    • EC Shut down: Trigger = 100c, Need De-bounce 6 times
    • H/W Shut down Sensor: Trigger = 85c
