This just started. I noticed the battery icon wasn't indicating that it was plugged in (which it usually is), and when I checked the plug, saw that both the power and charging lights were flashing, with the charge light being orange.

The power port was replaced in July 2023,and the battery was replaced in October 2022. I can't remember if I'm on my second or third power cord.

I just tried power cycling, which didn't change anything, and also let it sit for 15 minutes with battery and power cord unplugged. Currently if it's plugged in, the charging light flashes at irregular intervals several times, then both lights come on, stay on for about 8 seconds, go off for 5-10 seconds, and then just repeats forever.

I did see something that indicated it might be a RAM issue, and since I did a total system reset last year, it has very infrequently given me a memory bluescreen on boot. Also when it goes to sleep, since the reset, it cycles on/off/on/off before finally restarting, rather than resuming. So I guess I need to know if it's more likely, with all of that, to be the power cord very suddenly dying, or the RAM, or something else. Acer Care Center app tested the memory and battery and said they were both good, but I don't know how reliable that is.

Two indicators blinking together means that the adapter is faulty. Try to replace a different charger.

I hope that the new charger will solve the problem.
