I got a defective model of acer predator Helios neo 16 .I bought this laptop with so much hopes but it was the worst experience i receive.My laptop is in service centre for 15 days without update .My whole laptop freezes from the beginning.it freezes when shut down,it freezes when change from internal gpu to external gpu at starting and now my laptop is not even capable of opening a browser.i complaint and complaint continuously but i got no solutions.This is my first time experience with acer .If i didn't get my laptop exchanged i will never let anybody in my entire family in my entire society buy a single product of acer.This is so disappointing for such a big company
