What can i do if i get a defective model of predator helios neo 16 i5 variant

I got a defective model of acer predator Helios neo 16 .I bought this laptop with so much hopes but it was the worst experience i receive.My laptop is in service centre for 15 days without update .My whole laptop freezes from the beginning.it freezes when shut down,it freezes when change from internal gpu to external gpu at starting and now my laptop is not even capable of opening a browser.i complaint and complaint continuously but i got no solutions.This is my first time experience with acer .If i didn't get my laptop exchanged i will never let anybody in my entire family in my entire society buy a single product of acer.This is so disappointing for such a big company

    Sorry that you had this experience with the excellent Predator PHN16-71 gaming laptop, as these laptops are a high end and a very good laptop if you know how to use them and how to set them up properly. Did you update windows to version 23H2, did you do all the windows updates, did you update the Intel driver, did you update the bios to version 1.13, did you update the Nvidia graphics drivers and install GeForce Experience as you need to do all these updates for your laptop to perform at its best and to not have a freeze, also it would be helpful if you would tell us when your laptop freezes. Now that your laptop is at Acer Tech Support (and you have to be patient) the Acer technicians will fix your laptop, but make sure that when you get your laptop back, that you do all the things I've listed above to keep your laptop performing to its best.
