I was just watching Youtube and saw it flicker to this, and it's been stuck like this for 3 days now. I've tried unplugging it and using another outlet. I've never damaged it or anything, and I've only had it for about 3 months.

Check cable. Is it pc or laptop?
It's a pc monitor, and the cable looks perfectly fine.
Remove Cable from monitor and pc then clean dust from both ports and cable. Try to switch cable connection Hdmi to Dport or dport to hdmi if available
First always test with a different cable. If that doesn't make any difference and you can, try it on a different computer (or a DVD player if HDMI). If it acts the same there, get in touch with Acer support and start a warranty ticket.
