NO, the oem i5-9400F cpu in your N50-600 desktop is a Socket 1151 cpu and the i5-12400F cpu is a Socket 1700 cpu, the 12th gen cpu will not fit into your 9th Gen cpu mainboards socket. The PSU of your N50-600 is a proprietary Acer single rail PSU and can't be upgraded or there are no single rail 750W PSUs available.

If you want to improve the performance of your N50-600 increase the ram and use a PCIe3 M.2 SSD drive as the boot drive, but if you want more gaming power, its best to sell your old Nitro N50-600 desktop and NOT waste money upgrading a rebuilt desktop like you have and get a brand-new 13th Gen N50-650 that is a 100% better gaming desktop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
