Audio glitch recognize it as headphones or a headset, the audio is completely busted.

I have a razer headset, and whenever I plug it in and recognize it as headphones or a headset, the audio is completely busted.

Whenever I open another window (a steam game and discord in my browser for example) the audio is spotty in the browser and almost completely silent in the game. Sometimes if i would plug it back in, the audio would work perfectly but my microphone wouldnt work.

    An intermittent problem like this suggests the 4 contacts on the razer's TRRS plug aren't making a good connction with the corresponding contacts inside PC's audio jack. So it might help if you could reveal what model Acer PC the headset is being plugged into?
