My swift 3 SF315-41 AMD keyboard backlit turns off automatically and doesn't turn on. After pressing the power button the lights lits for some time while booting and when the windows is completely on it turns off and cant be turned on pressing fn+f9. I tried all the available solutionss i found online.

Resetting battery using the pinhole, uninstall and reinstall keyboard driver, and dont know how many time i downgraded and upgraded windows versions but none worked. Now i have become so frustrated abt it.

Is there any solution please help!

[Edited the thread to add model number to the title and to add issue detail]

On some of these models you can toggle the keyboard into function key mode, which requires Fn-F9 to toggle the backlight. If it's in media keys mode than you just use F9 without the Fn to do the same thing.
