Hello so now it has been like 4 months i am trying to solve this. When i plug my headset into the laptop i get sound output but input is still the stock mic of the laptop. I have tried to solve this with hyperx but they couldnt help me.

I feel like i tried everything but still no luck with it working. I have seen one similar question here so i wondered if the guy found fix for it.

Can you help me get my mic working?

Btw the headset is not recognised as a device i see only realtek devices.

Note: The mic is working with smartphone. Its just these laptops.

The models are: The exact model of my Acer nitro 5 is AN515-54

I am using windows 11

The headset is HyperX Cloud core

Thank you

The HyperX Cloud Core headset should be recognized in windows as a headset, otherwise you need a driver from whoever makes these headsets. as if these headsets are setup properly these headsets microphone should be working and be listed in the Win-11 Settings > Bluetooth & devices, after click on Devices > Sound > Input > headsets HyperX > Test your microphone and it should show your vice volume level. That is how its showing in my Win-11 Settings with my JBL LIVE650BTNC that dosent even have a protruding microphone like your HyperX Cloud Core headset 😀and its working 100%.
