I have a Predator Triton 300 (Predator PT315-52)

Today I bought some new headphones to use, even so when connecting them I had some problems with the Realtek driver since it did not recognize them, so after trying a few things (exactly uninstalling and having Windows reinstall the Realtek on its own) I finally fixed that problem but now my DTS:X ultra not recognize any sound device that i have, the program just says "Connect a speaker to use DTS audio controls" even if i have my usual headphones conected (These were recognized by the program before all this happen).

Here is a list of what I tried:

Reinstall realtek

change a bunch of settings in the sounds section (things like turning spatial sound on/off, turning audio enhancements on/off (this makes the audio practically no longer work if it's on), turning on and off hardware acceleration.

reset the DTS:X ultra and DTS sound Unbound applications

install the most recent realtek drivers in his page (this
didn't work and also after a restart my laptop uninstalls them and installs the ones it had always had)

restore an old version of realtek

At the moment none of this has worked and I would like a little more guidance and help to solve this problem, thanks for reading.
