Hello Acer Community,

I've been encountering a persistent software-related problem with my Acer laptop that's been puzzling me for some time now. Despite several attempts to resolve it, I'm still facing issues that affect the overall functionality of my system.

Issue:
I recently updated my Acer laptop to the latest operating system (Windows 11) and noticed that certain pre-installed Acer software seems to be malfunctioning or not working as intended. Specifically, I've been having trouble with Acer's proprietary software suite, including Acer Care Center and Acer Quick Access.

What's Happening:

Acer Care Center: Upon launching, the application freezes intermittently or displays error messages that prevent me from utilizing its system maintenance features effectively.
Acer Quick Access: The functionality to adjust settings like power-off USB charging, blue light filter, and audio settings seems to be inactive or inaccessible.

What I've Tried So Far:

Reinstalled the Acer software suite multiple times from Acer's official website.
Ran compatibility troubleshooters and executed the software in compatibility mode with earlier Windows versions.
Updated all drivers and performed Windows updates to ensure everything is current.
Despite these efforts, the issues persist, and I'm uncertain about the cause or potential solutions to restore full functionality to these Acer software applications on my updated system.

System Details:

Acer laptop model: Swift X 16
Windows 11 OS
8GB RAM
Intel Core i5 processor
256GB SSD
Seeking Assistance:

Has anyone else experienced similar compatibility issues with Acer software after upgrading to Windows 11?
Are there specific steps or workarounds to ensure the proper functioning of Acer software on the Windows 11 platform?
Could there be any conflicts between the Acer software suite and specific Windows 11 features causing these malfunctions?
I'm eager to get these Acer applications back to optimal performance to make the most out of my laptop. Any advice, tips, or insights from the Acer community would be immensely appreciated. Thanks!

There are a bunch of different Swift X 16 models, we need to know just which one you have. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SFX16-xxx-xxxx. Does Acer have Windows 11 drivers listed on their support site, or only Windows 10? I believe most, if not all, of the SFX models do have W11 drivers, but it's possible the earlier ones don't yet. Typically when they release W11 drivers they also release new versions of the apps.
