Secure boot appears active in the bios but at startup is not active Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57

My pc is in Spanish

Where you can see (Estado de arranque seguro) is Secure boot state if you see that it is (desactivado) it is disabled and yet in the BIOS it is enabled and when I boot the pc it is disabled.

I see that the secure boot mode is in custom.

Set a supervisor password (BIOS password)

Choose erase all the secure boot setting and restore secure boot to factory default.

This is the Nitro AN515-57 laptop SG BIOS instruction for the Secure Boot settings, follow this guide to dissable it and have it at "Standard"

This is my Nitro AN515-56 BIOS Security > Secure Boot set at Standard and in System Information > Secure Boot State - On

StevenGen It didn't work, it's still the same 😭

Try again the erase the secure boot setting but don't use the reset secure boot to default. Then clear the TPM. Press F10 to save and exit the BIOS.

@AnhEZ28 It is still in customized and does not change to standard.

Also my system was damaged yesterday and I had to reinstall the system again from 0 and it is still the same. 😭

I have the same issue as the person who wrote this. I've tried everything and still cannot turn it to standard as if that option is locked. I put passwords and everything, in other words all the tutorials u could find but can't fix it
