replaced battery on Acer AN515-51 and it wont go to full charge

i had a recent post about the issues of my acer AN515-51 and how it would shut off when i would load games but can run chrome and other small applications just fine, but then the battery lights would start flashing and would shut off seconds later. I ran diagonstics nothing was detected but i did see that my battery health was in bad shape so i went on amazon looked up the battery on my laptop and bought a replacement. Yesterday i replaced the battery and it would only stay at 62% but when i got back from work and saw that it went down to 42% and it was plugged in the whole time (i also did get a new charger because i thought that was the issue) but it didn't charge up to 100% and would still crash when i would try to load up games. I have my GPU drivers updated, but i have no clue on how to update my CPU drivers, but other than that i dont know what could be the cause to the crashing and my laptop not charging

This is a 2017 laptop and I recommend having the motherboard checked by Acer Services in your country. A flashing Battery LED indicates low charge/bad condition: the battery you bought is possibly refurbished (very cheap, 50% off), Amazon states compatible with AP18E8M which is the 3-cell battery, also 15.4V, 57Wh, recommended for this laptop.
