Good day! I overheat when the computer sleeps. In the morning, I turn on the computer, go to AIDA64 and it says overheating (I didn't even turn on the system stability test)... What should I do?

Why don't you completely shut down the laptop before retiring? Sleep mode (S3) will flip to Hibernate after4-5 hours while Microsoft recommends disabling Hibernate and Fast Startup in Power Plan. I recommend shutting down your laptop before you go to sleep: Updating Windows11 is never more then 30 minutes these days and backing up a 1TB HDD may take an hour or so that you can easily do during a coffee break, no need to leave your laptop running unattended at night for that, with the risk of power outages and unforeseen situations (BSOD).
